Try Using Small Letter Combinations for your Search.
Example:
You would like a 10ft DVI Cable.
USE:
DVI 10FT
The more you use the more specific the search.
If You Search for:
USB 10FT EXT BLACK
Will return:
USB Items
That are 10ft Long
That are Extension Cables.
That are Black.
